CCASA Releases Teen Toolkit!

Almost half of all rape victims experience the first rape before age 18 (National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey, 2010).  However, navigating services for teens can be a challenge.  CCASA tracks our Technical Assistance requests from our member programs, and recognized that many member programs routinely have questions regarding the application of Colorado statutes as they relate to cases involving minors.  Because of this need, we are proud to introduce the first edition of the CCASA Teen Toolkit: Resources Regarding Consent, Confidentiality, Access, and Service Provision for Victims of Sexual Violence Who are Minors.  Each CCASA member agency will receive one free hard copy of the Teen Toolkit.  Additional hard copies can be ordered for $15 on our website.  You can also download it from our website at no cost.  Continue reading “CCASA Releases Teen Toolkit!”
